Ingredients:
1/4 c. Low fat ricotta cheese
1/2c Pumpkin puree (equal to 1 protein serving and 1 fruit serving)
2 Egg whites
Cinnamon
Pumpkin spice
Nutmeg
Stevia
Process:
Mix cheese, puree and egg whites until smooth. Add cinnamon, pumpkin spice, nutmeg and stevia to taste. Cook on stove top for 5 min on medium heat. Pudding can be served warm or chilled.
