- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ lb boneless top sirloin steak
- Combine oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper; rub all over steak. Cover and chill 1 to 3 hours.
- Cook steak in a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
