1/4c of flour equals 1 grain and 1 protein
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Garbanzo Flour
1 TSP Crushed Red Pepper
1 TSP Basil
1 TSP Oregano
1 TSP Parsley
1 TSP Sea Salt
1/4 TSP Rosemary
Whisk water and flour together like making pancakes.
After mixed add and whisk in the spices.
Cook on 450 Degrees in Cast Iron skillet for 12 minutes.
Use large spatula to retrieve finished flat bread from pan.
