When you hit a certain age, it is much harder to keep the pounds off with just exercise alone.  This program taught me how to eat to stay fit and feel healthy.  I’ve always been a healthy eater, but now I understand portion sizes, eating the right types of foods in what combination, and how often to eat.  With this knowledge my metabolism increased, I lost not only pounds and inches but body fat as well.  This program really works!!!  Thank you PNC!!
