Marti Burton C.N. is the owner and founder of Personalized Nutrition Concepts who has been pursuing her passion and continuing her education in nutrition for over twenty five years. Her dedication stems from the desire to assist others achieve a healthy lifestyle with balance and good nutrition. Marti helps people gain knowledge and an understanding about their personalized nutritional needs and how to achieve their goals. More importantly, Marti’s methodology is to interactively coach others how to maintain that healthful balance. Areas of specialization include: diabetes and stabilizing blood sugar levels, sugar addictions, improving moods and energy levels, improving neurotransmitters in the brain, intestinal disorders, sports nutrition, increasing metabolism, reducing body fat and sparing lean muscle mass.

As an industry health expert, Marti is frequently asked to contribute to media interviews. Engagements include Women’s World, Arizona Republic, KTVK channel 3 (an independent station based in Phoenix); KPNX TV Channel 12 (NBC); KNXV Channel 15 (ABC). In addition, Marti regularly provides nutritional education to groups and conferences through keynote speaking opportunities.

Marti realizes that there are many things that people can do to achieve the results they desire but the difficult part is maintaining them. Her proven process provides individuals with the proper nutrition program, skills and educational tools to help them succeed. She counsels clients and leads nutrition education programs across the U.S. and into Canada. Marti is a certified leadership coach from the Life Coach Institute and uses her skills to help individuals achieve their goals toward a healthy lifestyle.
